The Courtyard Gallery presents “The Power of Purple”
The 5th Saturday morning show, of our summer series, at the Courtyard Gallery, will feature jewelry artist Kathi Millet and will air Saturday, August 8th at 11:00 AM Michigan time. She will begin with a 15 minute live demonstration of her celebrated wire weaving techniques which will be viewed on our Facebook and website: http://www.courtyardfineart.com. Kathi will be at the gallery from 11:00-2:00 to show her work and answer any questions. Enjoy a Saturday afternoon out at the Courtyard.
Kathi will be sharing a selection of many of her precious stones and featuring some very beautiful amethysts. In ancient times, amethyst was thought to purify your energy field of unwanted energy so you could connect to your inner peace. For healing properties it works to soothe your mind of worries, stress and tension. It is also said to promote tranquility and calmness.
